1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
ClassicValue AI generates AI-assisted valuation reports based on the information you submit. See our Valuation Disclaimer.
3. Account
You must be 18+. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
4. Acceptable use
- No fraudulent vehicle information, falsified documents, or impersonation.
- No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of AI quotas.
- No use of reports to mislead buyers, sellers, or auction houses.
5. Payments and refunds
Reports are sold per vehicle. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our full Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the service. Reports themselves are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; resale or redistribution requires a written license.
7. No appraisal, no advice
The service does not constitute a certified appraisal, financial advice, insurance valuation, or legal opinion. See Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Heritage Classic Club is established.
