Our refund commitment

Reports are AI-generated and delivered immediately, so all sales are final unless required by law. If a report fails to generate due to a system fault on our side, contact support within 14 days for a re-run or full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@heritageclassicclub.com from the address on your account, with the report ID and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

What we cover

  • Failed report generation due to a system fault on our side.
  • Duplicate charges for the same vehicle and tier.
  • Reports that materially fail to deliver the features listed for the purchased tier.

What we do not cover

  • Disagreement with the AI-assisted estimate (see Valuation Disclaimer).
  • Buyer's remorse after the report has been delivered and viewed.
  • Reports purchased more than 30 days ago, unless required by law.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
