1. Who we are
ClassicValue AI ("we", "us") is operated by Heritage Classic Club. We provide AI-assisted valuation reports for classic, exotic, and provenance vehicles.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, sign-in identifiers from Apple or Google.
- Vehicle data: year, make, model, VIN, mileage, condition, history, photos, and documents you upload.
- Usage data: pages visited, AI calls made, IP address, device type, error logs.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store only the transaction ID, amount, and status.
3. How we use it
- Generate valuation reports tailored to your vehicle.
- Improve report accuracy and detect fraud or abuse.
- Send transactional emails (report ready, receipts, security alerts).
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Photos and documents you upload are processed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) under contractual data-protection terms. Inputs are not used to train their public models.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share with: Stripe (payments), our cloud infrastructure providers (storage, compute), and AI providers above. Reports you choose to share via a public link are visible to anyone with that link until revoked.
6. Retention
Vehicle and report data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data within 30 days.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@heritageclassicclub.com.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled via row-level security policies and multi-factor authentication for staff.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children under 16.
